Simultaneous Multi-Lingual Solutions

To ensure nothing is lost in translation we can provide a simultaneous language translation system. We use DIS, the Danish Interpretation System, a ‘state-of-the-art’ digital conference system combining microphone handling, voting and interpretation into one system.

This system has been designed to meet the demands of multilingual interpretation for a wide range of applications, from smaller multilingual meetings to large-scale international conferences.

Product features include:
• Excellent sound quality
• 39 incoming sound channels (8 floor + 31 interpreted channels)
• 34 distributed channels (3 floor + 31 interpreted channels)
• DCS-LAN - a proprietary high speed all digital audio channel, data and power bus
• Using standard Cat5 cabling (FTP or STP)
• Firmware in Delegate Units, Interpreter Units, Central Units is upgradable through RS232 on Central Unit
• Added functionalities and comprehensive features provided by SW 6000 Conference Management software package

To keep costs down for our events, PowerHouse Ltd forms part of DIS’s International Rental Network, allowing us to call on a full range of equipment as and when we need it.
